As we transition from Summer to Fall, now is the perfect time to set some new intentions. The excitement and fun we experienced in the summer, starts to slow down and we are invited to go inward and focus on self care. During this time, it’s very common to have some anxiety come up, even a sense of loss as the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler. And many of us also feel a sense of pressure to complete all the goals we set for ourselves before the year quickly comes to an end.
In this workshop we will start by setting intentions and doing a grounding exercise. From there, we will transition to the active breathing. Breathwork meditation is a powerful healing tool that can foster emotional release, clarity and guidance. And it’s also an opportunity to practice self care and love.
You will be taken on a journey with an intuitively curated playlist. And with the help of aromatherapy, crystals and energy healings done by Ana, you will leave feeling clear, grounded, and empowered.
The crystal that we will be working with during the session is Bloodstone which combats fear and brings courage during times of adversity. Helps one feel capable and self-sufficient. Pairs well with Obsidian and Smoky Quartz. Chakra: Root Physical: Blood, Bone Marrow
