Do you have muscle kinks you wish you could get out yourself? Suffering from stiff muscles, tight jaw (TMJ) stress related headaches or chronic muscle pain?
This class will teach you massage and stretch techniques/pressure points you can use everyday to relieve these issues. In a relaxing setting we will stretch and self-massage our way to a pain free state. We will be using natural essential oils, yoga balls, foam rollers and cbd oil to support and give you tools to empower your own self-healing process.
Please wear comfortable clothes - sheep skin rugs provided!
