Meditation can help kids feel more secure, have higher self esteem, and better focus. In this class, we’ll learn easy methods that also make meditation fun!
Throughout our time, we’ll try several different activities including movement meditation, breath focus, and learning how to identify our emotions. Each method will be geared towards a different style of learning to help each child find what works best for them!
Recommended for Ages 5-11 yrs old
Please have children bring water and wear comfortable clothes they can move around in!
